A new online dispute resolution platform being launched today aims to provide a digital alternative to the traditional courts system where a backlog of cases has built up as a result of the pandemic restrictions on hearings.
The online arbitration service is being launched by the Irish start-up, Armistice.
It says it will provide access to binding decisions from nine legal professionals, drawn from the ranks of Senior Counsel, who specialise in the resolution of commercial disputes.
