Robinson High School and Vincent Taylor, an English as a Second Language Teacher at Patriots Elementary School. These scholarships were established in April 2021 to honor Dr. Lowderรขยยs service and dedication to Cabarrus County Schools as a Teacher, Administrator and Superintendent.
