JLF Architects LEED-certified Jackson Hole Mountain Modern House Earns Feature in Big Sky Journal Winter Issue for Timeless Appeal Share Article JLF Architects exceeded expectations with a house in the woods of Jackson Hole, Wyoming, that stands up to extreme winter conditions, receiving attention from Big Sky Journal magazine for combining rustic materials and Old-World building techniques with the best of contemporary design. Working in design-build partnership with Big-D Signature, the house was created with sustainable construction methods including using reclaimed stone and timber from within 500 miles, earning the completed project LEED Silver certification. JLF Architects combined contemporary design with Old-World stone construction to create this timeless Wyoming house built with regional reclaimed materials (PC: Audrey Hall).
