The man accused of abandoning a dog at the Herkimer County Humane Society in freezing cold temperatures this past February appeared in Town of German Flatts court briefly Tuesday afternoon.
Miracle, the poor pooch abandoned on the side of a Central New York road in the freezing cold, is doing much better and is now looking for her forever home.
The Frankfort man accused of abandoning a dog in the freezing cold outside the Herkimer County Humane Society earlier this month pleaded not guilty to animal abuse charges on Tuesday.
