Anne-Sophie Pic’s gin
Audemus Spirits has created a limited-edition gin with high-profile French chef Anne-Sophie Pic and her Argentine sommelier Paz Levinson. Rich in pepper and fresh citrus, the gin is said to be inspired by Pic’s cuisine and features Meyer lemons harvested in south-west France, Cubeb pepper, passion berry and juniper. All of this is underlined with a Japanese smoked tea, adding a subtle and lingering finish, according to the tasting notes. The gin has been designed to pair with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic but is also suitable for cocktails or drinking neat over ice. There are just 570 bottles available. Villa Maria launches organic wine range EarthGarden New Zealand winery Villa Maria has launched its first organic wine range, EarthGarden. The new range is designed to meet a rising global demand for sustainable produce, and forms part of the winery s commitment to converting 100 per cent of its vineyards to be organically managed by 2030. New Zealanders will be the first to get their hands on the EarthGarden range, which will be available online and in-store nationwide from 1 March. A UK launch will follow from late April. The BioGro-certified range includes Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2020, Hawke s Bay Rosé 2020, Marlborough Pinot Noir 2019 and Hawke s Bay Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon 2019.

Tanqueray 0.0% has been created using the same botanical blend used in the making of Tanqueray London Dry gin including: juniper, coriander, angelica and liquorice.
The alcohol-free spirit joins a portfolio, which includes Tanqueray London Dry, Tanqueray No. Ten, Tanqueray Rangpur, Tanqueray Flor De Sevilla, Tanqueray Blackcurrant Royale and several other limited editions.
