Installation of secure lockers in Clairmont will provide easier access to some library services for County of Grande Prairie residents.
In late January, the County of Grande Prairie council approved the start-up costs of a Smart Locker system so library materials could be delivered to a centralized facility in Clairmont for those accessing services of the Grande Prairie Public Library and Peace Library System.

Reeve Leanne Beaupre said. “If you have a library card you will be able to access library services anywhere in the County of Grande Prairie. If you live north of Sexsmith and you are looking for a resource you can’t get out of the Sexsmith Library you will be able to pick that up at the smart lockers in Clairmont at the Wellington Centre.”
