The protests started on saturday after a milwaukee officer shot and killed a 23yearold man. Officers say Slyville Smith was armed during a traffic he took off from the car on foot. And when officers ordered him to drop his weapon, he didnt comply. Thats when an African American officer opened fire on smith, killing him. Officers were wearing body cameras, but that footage hasnt been released. Sot police .
