All unvaccinated Penn State students living on campus must now get tested for COVID-19 at least once per week, according to the university. Unvaccinated students are also required to continue wearing masks on campus. Fully vaccinated students can skip masking and testing altogether. Penn State’s new requirements apply to any campus with more than 25 students currently living in the dorms. And with hundreds of students back at University Park for the summer, that applies in Happy Valley, too....
