The Pella High School 11/12 Concert Band will be performing this year at the 94th Iowa Bandmasters Association Conference.
Director Dameon Place says they were one band chosen through a blind audition process from all across the state of Iowa in class 3A after submitting a recording of two selections.
Senior Erin Nossaman has been thankful for the opportunity to perform this year in both concert band and with Pella Jazz One. Nossaman says all jazz bands perform today as part of their annual clinic and concert.
