BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (Borneo Bulletin/Asia News Network): Chief Justice Dato Seri Paduka Steven Chong on Wednesday (June 8) declared BND396,500 in cash from a local man’s bank account as tainted property and ordered its forfeiture to the state under a non-conviction based forfeiture order.
