Earl Houser Jr., a collection maintenance supervisor, unexpectedly passed away on Friday, March 3, after suffering a heart attack at work.

Film screenings, panels, and empowerment events will take place throughout March in honor of National Women's History Month.

The search will be led by a 19-member committee consisting of faculty, staff, and students.

More than a dozen events will be hosted virtually and in person to recognize First-Generation students and advocates.

Penn State University Libraries has expanded its robust scholarly research potential of one of America’s foremost 20th-century writers through the acquisition of the Toby and Betty Bruce Collection of Ernest Hemingway. The winning writers of Penn State University Libraries Short Stories’ “A Night at the Circus” spring 2021 contest have been announced. Representing five Penn State campuses, the latest writing contest encouraged students, faculty and staff across the commonwealth to submit their best circus-themed creative writing in the form of short stories or poetry.
