You can see at the end of this driveway here, there is a car in question. Lets hear from chief inspector smalls about what happened here. So you guys found 26 year old victim lying in the back driveway of some row homes here on ellsworth . Yes, we found the 26 year old male, unresponsive, suffering from gunshot wounds to his chest. He was laying on the side of the driveway. Police returned him to presbyterian hospital. He was pronounced dead 2 53 a. M. We think this car still here on scene, part of this investigation, now, has some ties to that victim . Absolutely. Because the vehicle was dropped off blocking the driveway, were told by witnesses, at the same time on or about when the gunshots were heard.
