It comes under the perview of the chairman of the house democratic caucus and it was retweeted by speaker pelosis deputy chief of staff. tax dollars hard at work folks. saying of a.o.c. and her squad, all of these people have their public and twitter world but did not have a following. they are four people and that is how many votes they got. then the speaker told the democrats to stop attacking each other. i have seen this movie before. it ends tragically. the year was 2009. a growing american ...

The evidence that led to the conclusions in it and i know were going to fight as hard as we can to make sure the american people know the truth and see the report in its entirety. >> okay. i want to ask you about criminal collusion. republicans today are adamantly saying because there were no indictments or charges filed against anyone for colluding with russians in the trump orbit that it means it simply didnt happen. why does the chair of the judiciary committee insist on collusion and i guess...

Lets read this report. there are many acts yet to go, but i kind of expected this night was coming because of nancy pelosi when a few weeks ago she was dialing back impeachment. she didnt want the democrats to leap off on the mueller report as the main thing that the parties is about for 2020 and that was the smoke signal that this may indeed be a good night for trump land. >> yeah. there were loath ts of signals. ive been saying, sitting here covering it every night. its anti clamatic. the per ...

Its anti clamatic. the per view of what the special counsel could investigate but then that leads to why was he handing -- why did he hand off these other investigations to different entities the president cannot shut down? >> well, i think this is a case of mueller, his intention is to give a road map, a road map to congress and a road map to other jurisdictions under scoring that i say president trumps legal jeopardy is still wide and vast but having said that, im not surprised to hear these r...

Welcome back to "up." starting this hour with michael cohens tell-all with new york prosecutors. new information revealing the southern district of new york is getting more dirt on the trump organization. an explosive report from "the new york times" reveals trumps former lawyer is offering information about possible irregularities within the presidents family business and about a donor to the inaugural committee, according to people familiar with the matter. unlike robert muellers investigation...

But this is preparing for one in case they want to bring it, a jury in order to bring this, the office did not give us a comment, neither did paul manafort. what would happen here, chris is that if for some reason he was pardoned and they want to move forward with charges with it would be outside of the presidents per view. it is not a certainty they will be filed or that they will need to be filing, theyre pursuing income tax. pfrl has either pleaded guilty. >> this is an insurance policy? they...

But michael cohen will be testifying in front of three committees. my favorite part of that of is michael cohen testifies in the middle of the night in vietnam, what will the president tweet. lets bring in kimberly atkins, joshua johnson, michael steele, and nara tandin. welcome, everybody. kimberly, no mueller report, but michael cohen. what can michael cohen say that will illuminate the country. >> not a lot about russia. that seems to be the clear area that is under muellers investigation, un...

Outspoken republican saying the president needed to take this step. what will get interesting over the next couple weeks here maybe as soon as today as we start to find out more specifically where this money comes from, some senators who have theoretical objections on grounds that they think its beyond the presidents per view. if you look at susan collins and others in the house, there are republicans who have expressed theoretical concerns about this. if this money comes out of funds that were ...

As i sit here today, i can tell you how he hoped to get out of answering questions important to you, congressman. we did get a half type and to get do that half cup of information, you had to boil off a ton of nonsense. here is the reduction of actual information in matt whitakers testimony today. to get there you have to cut out non-sense water drinking so what we did here is just cut this down to the question whitaker was asked and what he got around to saying in answer to the question. >> yes...

Who are you? where did you come from, and how the heck did you become the head of the department of justice. >> for a large part of the day, things continued about like that, democrats tried to keep the focus squarely on whitakers handling of the mueller investigation which remember he had prejudged and criticized before getting this job. >> have you been briefed on criminal or counter intelligence matters within this special counsels per view. >> thank you for that question. as you know, i cann...
