Perception problem. just up the road in new orleans, the great american seafood cook-off is going on today with chefs from around the country fixing up their recipes for seafood that is caught here in the gulf of mexico. as you mentioned, more state waters have been opened. the federal waters remain closed. the federal government has been testing fish, seafood from the closed area. and they found no traces of oil in any of the species they found so far. so thats very good news. they hope to perh...
