A 50-year-old Cornwall woman will not face the severe sentencing of an attempted murder charge after she was acquitted on that charge Monday morning in the Cornwall Superior Court of Justice.
Linda Ceasor was arrested in October, 2018 after police alleged she cut a cab driver’s chin with a knife while threatening to slice his throat. Ceasor was charged with attempted murder, uttering threats, and possession of a weapon for dangerous purposes.
