Enforcement efforts on the sros. We are going to be the eyes and ears often times for those type of listings and we want to work with dbi so we see the sros popping up, we show them to them and provide whatever we can. Sometimes we also see kind of the same players out there not just in terms of the sros but shortterm rental violations generally. And we can provide that sort of intel to them as well.
