The Perham writing group was originally formed 12 years ago, and since then, the writers who attend have been able to write and share the stories they've always wanted to.
Artwork by a few of the club's members is on exhibit now at the Perham Area Library. Embroidery, pastels and paintings by Kris Domier, Catherine Erickson, Clara Helvig and Lorene Schumacher will be hanging in the gallery at the library through the end of December.

Within district 2-43, the Westwind 4 homes and Grow Perham apartments will be expanding. Westwind 4 will include approximately 30 single-family homes. The properties are undeveloped, which allows the city to form a new TIF district. The plan is to develop six properties a year through May 2026.
