GUA MUSANG: The Kelantan Wildlife and National Parks Department (Perhilitan) has captured and relocated an adult male elephant that has been causing sleepless nights to some 300 residents.
GUA MUSANG:The Wildlife Protection and National Parks Department (Perhilitan) in Kelantan has captured and relocated an adult male elephant that has been causing sleepless nights for some 300 residents at the Kampung Subong Land Rehabilitation Programme (RPT) in Kesedar Sungai Terah here on Monday (Sept 18).
GUA MUSANG: Felda Perasu settlers here are feeling uneasy after allegedly sighting a wild elephant in their area which has been apparently damaging their crops since last Thursday (Aug 31).
IPOH: A wild elephant believed to have trampled an Orang Asli woman to death in Kampung Bal, Kemar Resettlement Scheme (RPS), Gerik, last Sunday (Aug 13), has been successfully driven back into the jungle.
MELAKA: The state Department of Wildlife Protection and National Parks of Peninsular Malaysia (Perhilitan) spent RM1.19 million for the implementation of the Plant Pest Eradication Programme this year.
