Here are the top development projects being planned for Bethlehem in 2022 from a new six-story building to replace the Boyd Theater to an ongoing $90 million hotel expansion at Wind Creek casino.

The Bethlehem Parking Authority says more than 600 spaces are set to be leased in the yet-to-be-constructed Polk Street Parking Garage, with authority members on Wednesday approving the largest lease agreement that will fill about half of those spaces.

The Bethlehem Parking Authority approved a $1.5 million, five-year emergency repair plan for the aging Walnut Street Parking Garage on Wednesday, while also affirming plans to move forward with construction of the new Polk Street garage after it was delayed by the pandemic.
