Apartment which now is boarded up and Police Arrested a 44 year old woman and a 47 year old woman in connection with the death. It is being investigated as a homicide. And Milwaukee Police also arrested two men for failing to act to prevent bodily harm. Police say the boy was brought to Childrens Hospital yesterday with numerous injuries. The boy died as a result.
