COLUMBIA — Viking Corp & AMF Electric, contractors for AT&T, will be installing small cell wireless facilities at nine separate locations beginning Monday, Jan. 18. Harbor Freight Tools Coming in 2021 Harbor Freight Tools has announced that it will be opening a new store in Decatur. The new store will be located at 1005 W Pershing Road and is expected to open early next year. A grand opening date will be announced closer to opening.
