The board of directors declared an interim dividend of Rs 32 per share on the face value of Rs 10 each for the financial year 2023-2024, the company informed the bourses. It has also recommended to split the face value of shares from Rs 10 to Rs 5 per share

ICICI Bank Ltd.'s third-quarter net profit grew 24% on higher other income and lower provisions, meeting estimates. The private sector lender posted a profit of Rs 10,271 crore for the OctoberโDecember period, compared with Rs 8,312 crore in the year-ago period.
