The Hernando County sheriff is urging parents to pay attention to what their children are doing online after he says a teen and a young adult were human trafficked by a man they met on an online dating app and recently rescued in Spring Hill.  

Sheriff Nienhuis said the case began back in early July with an underage girl from Charlotte County coming into contact with a young woman on a social media site.
