JEFFERSON CITY - Recent officer-involved fatal shootings in Jefferson City and Columbia have brought an issue in transparency to light: body cameras. Seven states currently require body cameras statewide: Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, New Mexico and South Carolina.
