Most people would agree that no free society can survive without a fair, unbiased justice system, one in which everyone is treated equally and no one is above the law. While so many governments around the world are rife with corruption and unequal justice, most Americans agree that, while imperfect, our judicial system has always been the best there is.

The presidential campaign of 2008 marked a turning point in America.
Millions of voters were electrified by the prospect of the first African-American president. Even one of Barack Obama’s opposing candidates seemed mesmerized by the moment: "I mean, you've got the first sort of mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that's a story-book, man." But then, Joe Biden has always viewed everything in terms of race.
How many times have Democrats labeled Donald Trump a fascist and a tyrant? How often do they compare him to Stalin or Hitler? They’ve been doing it for so long that they don’t even think about it anymore. In fact, they never gave it much thought to begin with; their words were spawned out of pure hate.
“Bidenomics is working!”
At least that’s what Joe Biden and his administration tell us every chance they get, citing cherry-picked statistics to prove their point. They tout the most recent inflation figure of 3.4 percent, and compare it to last year, when the inflation rate was a crippling 6.5 percent. That sure makes it look like Bidenomics is working.
We like to think of judges as learned arbiters, thoroughly knowledgeable in the finer details of the law and, above all, eminently honest and fair – nonpartisan and unbiased. That’s especially true of supreme court justices.
