Last year it was 40 years since the very first Skandiamäklarna office opened and of course, a lot has happened since 1980, both in society, in the property market and with us. But some things are lasting and we are genuinely proud of the great focus on quality and security during the entire sales process that we have had since the beginning.
Today you will find us in 110 offices around Sweden as well as in Spain and here in Portugal since January 2020. We mainly provide private homes such as houses, apartments and holiday homes, but also various types of commercial properties, estates, farms and agriculture. Our business concept is as clear as our vision: SkandiaMäklarna will help people make good property deals and we will be the leading quality broker. This is of course easy to say, but it is also something that our team work hard to achieve every day.
