Rockwell tops off 2nd tower in QC project
Rockwell Land Corporation has topped off The North Tower, the second tower of the P9 billion The Arton residential development in Katipunan, Quezon City. In a statement, Rockwell said it has finished of the tower’s structural works and this brings The Arton North Tower closer to its completion.
