Juliette Anderson, known affectionately as “Julie,” was born in Sacramento, Calif., Feb. 21, 1945, the second of three children of Josephine “Jo” Dreiss Newton Anderson from Cameron, Texas, and William “Bill” Herbert Barclay Anderson from Greeley, Colo.
