I did have a chance to speak with a man who has lived in this building for more than 40 years. He has lost everything to this devastating fire. Thursday night at 10 00 p. M. Those secure areas will mean once the papal events begin, only those who go through security clearance areas can get beyond that red zone. City Officials Say starting thursday, september 24th, security sweeps will take place on the parkway and wont open to walkers until 6 00 a. M. On friday. Those pedestrians will need to be screened.
