The Kumawu by-election on Tuesday, May 23 has started as the two leading political parties in Ghana and two independent candidates hope to grab the vacant seat.
The ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), along with two other independent candidates are today Tuesday, May 23, battling it out for the Kumawu parliamentary seat.
The National Peace Council says it is yet to receive any concrete evidence of vote-buying in the ongoing by-election at Kumawu Constituency in the Ashanti Region.
