Optimus, a company formed in 2020, controlled by KORR Acquisitions Group, Inc. ( KORR ), recently acquired control of Clinical Research Alliance, Inc. ( CRA ). Optimus was a portfolio company of KORR and as of the closing, KORR is now the controlling shareholder of Between Dandelions Inc.
