Sutton students spread joy throughout Covid-19 Students at LEO Academy Trust schools have been working hard to make a positive impact on their communities in the pandemic. LEO Academy Trust, which serves more than 3,500 pupils across six primary schools in Sutton, say they ve been finding ways for pupils to support the important work of various charities throughout the coronavirus crisis. Pupils across LEO raised an incredible £16,000 in support of St. Raphael’s Hospice on London Road, by taking part in sponsored runs across the schools in between lockdowns. The children have had opportunities to collect and deliver gifts for the centre in the past, and are very much looking forward to being able to do so again post-lockdown.
