The Rajya Sabha on Tuesday was adjourned till 2 pm as the opposition parties disrupted proceedings of the House seeking revocation of suspension of 12 MPs from the House.
Opposition parties including Congress, DMK, RJD, Left, NCP, and TMC on Tuesday staged a walkout from the Rajya Sabha after their demand to revoke the suspension of 12 MPs was rejected by the Deputy Chairman Harivansh Narayan Singh.
Opposition leaders in both the Houses of the Parliament will conduct a march from Gandhi Statue in the Parliament premises to the Vijay Chowk on Tuesday over several issues including revocation of suspension of 12 Rajya Sabha MPs.
