A group of more than a dozen masked individuals marched through the streets of Pierre before stopping at the front steps of the capitol building Saturday.
At 2:39 p.m. Central Time on Thursday, May 30, an area of central South Dakota near Pierre experienced a small earthquake measuring 3.7 on the Richter scale.
