Some neighbors are appealing the city Planning Commission s approval of a final plat for a proposed 25-lot development on 9.5 acres off Old Pecos Trail and West Zia Road.
The city is currently involved in a lawsuit regarding the monument, filed by Union Protectiva de Santa Fe, that will cost the city upwards of $300,000.
