And multiple it times the size of the ceiling -- >> youre literally stuck. >> yes. right. it just releases that lift and then at that point the aircraft goes down. the objective then is to get enough air speed over the wing by putting the nose down getting the aircraft down. its counter intuitive to do that. last thing you think you should do is push down but you have to do that to get the air over the top of the wing again and re-establish the lighter weight on top. >> to get up to speed a litt...

Air speed was deteriorating and they didnt respond properly to save that air speed. you know, they got to keep that air flowing over the wings including if they have to dive to keep the air speed going, same thing on west caribbean 708. there they encountered thunderstorms at cruising altitude as this one was and at very high altitude, they cant climb out of it. theyre already at operational ceiling in some cases on the plane. the planes dont go much over 40,000 feet unless you have a special pe...

Attention and immediate clearance, whatever i want needs to get out of danger. >> and, unfortunately, you have been dealing with, obviously, not just malaysia 370 but youve been doing this for your professional life. traditionally is weather the biggest factor in planes that crash or go missing or situations like were in right now? >> no. no. unfortunately, you know when you look at that and i follow the ntsb most closely, of course but for them the causes of crashs is predominantly pilot error....
