It is pilot programs, experim t experiments. we have lots of ideas for reducing the cost of health care. an example, you know, what if we told hospitals, if you dont run a clean hospital and patients are getting infections, we pay you a little less. hopefully thats incentive to not give these patients infections and if they dont get infections, they wont come back for readmission and run up big bills. if that works, well save some money. and theres about -- several dozen experiments like that. o...
