Graduates from Pima Countyâs Drug Court and DTAP celebrate their second chance

TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - Pima County residents celebrated a special graduation from Pima Countyâs Drug Court and Attorneyâs Office DTAP (Drug Treatment Alternative to Prison).
One of the graduates was Natasha Kofira, a mom of two, who has battled addiction for years.
âI ended up homeless and living on the streets for a couple years. I was so far in a hole that it was impossible for me to get out of,â said Kofira. âIt started out with pills and went to cheaperâheroin.â
