A 15-year-old girl has been charged with second-degree murder after two pedestrians were hit by a vehicle, and a 20-year-old man died.

POWERVIEW, Man. — Manitoba Mounties say a 15-year-old girl has been charged with second-degree murder after two people were hit by a vehicle in Powerview-Pine Falls.

Two Manitobans teenagers have been charged in connection with separate homicides, including one where pedestrians were ”intentionally” hit by a car, according to the RCMP.
