A woman told police that the man started the fire, saying that he had been arguing with another man and said he was going to start the house on fire.

The witness said he saw the man cut in front of the woman’s car with his vehicle, almost running her off the road and forcing her to stop. The witness said the man got out of his vehicle and started pounding on the victim’s car and screaming at her, to the point that he thought the woman was going to be assaulted.
