They saw a man trying to break into a parked car. We know officers went up to the man he tried to run, then there was a struggle as the man, police say, punched, kicked, head butted and bit the officers. Both officers, male and female, were bit on the arm and hands where it actually broke the skin and drew blood. Anytime someones bit, a human bite, its dangerous.
