Metro gm Paul Wiedefeld said it was all related to water issues. As you know there was a lot of rain in the last two or three weeks and that not only brings moisture and sediment and then clings to the insulators and collects dust and the brakes and that keeps that cycle going. Metro says maintenance teams havent had a chance to make meaningful repairs at the Medical Center and this morning that turned into one brutal commute.
