His commonlaw wife Catherine Hoggle and two of their three children are missing. These are their pictures. His plea is simple help find them. Police are releasing this video of Catherine Hoggle in a germantown chickfila. It was taken moments away before she walked away monday after troy realized that catherine had taken their twoyearold son jacob and threeyearold daughter sarah somewhere and wouldnt say where. We have had no sightings whatsoever. We have not picked them up on any video footage. Thatlice revealed catherine herself has been spotted, first at this store, and then early yesterday walking along 118, not far from the chickfila. She was alone. Police do hold out hope that somebody has the children and will see this story and come forward. Their father says their mothers Mental Illness has been under control and he cant believe she would harm them.
