A BURGLAR who stole a Japanese tea grinder will be sentenced later this month. Appearing before Swindon Magistrates’ Court, Billy-Jo Cosgrave, 24, of Pinehurst Road, pleaded guilty to a non-dwelling burglary. Prosecutors say he broke into the Paramount Building apartment block on Beckhampton Street on December 10, 2019, and stole a Japanese tea grinder worth £60. BERLIN – As recent rains have highlighted drainage issues in Ocean Pines, officials are assuring residents improvements are being planned.
