Yankees prospect could be breakout candidate thanks to Chad Green-like fastball

Yankees righty Chad Green has one of the best fastballs in the game.
If things break right for one of the team’s prospects, manager Aaron Boone could have another fastball just like Green’s hanging around and soon.
Right-hander Brooks Kriske has “probably” the best fastball in the Yankees’ organization and it’s a lot like Green’s in that it comes in hot and has a rising effect that baffles hitters, Director of Pitching Sam Briend told NJ Advance Media recently.
“There are times where his (fastball) ticks up a hair better than Chad’s,” Briend said.
