All eastbound lanes of 80 near the san pablo exit in richmond are totally shut down. This is creating a monster traffic jam. This is the commute direction. Everyone getting off the freeway now and trying to take city streets. Needless to say those city streets are totally jammed up. As we pan out here will you get some sense of the freeway being closed.
