You know summer in Brussels has kicked off when the Brussels Renaissance Festival hits town. This three-week party celebrates the capital’s unique place in history and the heyday of Charles V and the Dukes of Burgundy.
The Brussels Jazz Weekend returns to its pre-pandemic glory days with some 150 free concerts staged in city squares, four stages in Etterbeek, Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, Anderlecht and Evere and numerous indoor venues.
The Iris Festival is Brussels' biggest open-air extravaganza and it promises to be even more of a festive celebration as the city-wide event returns to its pre-pandemic format.
