A planning inspectorate has dismissed the planning appeal for the GE Aviation planning application that proposed 148 houses on the site on Hamble Lane. Eastleigh Borough Council’s Bursledon Hamble & Hound Local Area Committee refused planning permission for the homes in December 2019.
