Elected officials and Planning Board members have expressed concern over Caddy Farm, LLC’s application to create an extension off Warden Street to access a proposed development on 4 acres in town.
Caddy Farm, LLC is seeking approval of a definitive subdivision plan to extend Rodin Way from Warden Street.
Peter Ogren of Hayes Engineering explained that a subdivision would provide the required frontage for the 3.92 acres under Caddy Farm, LLC’s control to become a developable piece of property.
Planning Board member Dorothy Poppe said she didn’t believe the subdivision application contained enough details about the proposed use for town departments to determine the proposed subdivision’s impact.
