After they present an overview of the process, County planning staff will facilitate small group discussions to understand residents’ preferences for land use and development in the village of Wellington. The municipality is undertaking the review as a result of Council enacting Interim Control By-law No. 177-2020 in September 2020,  freezing development from expanding into un-serviced areas of the Village of Wellington for a period of one year. The Interim Control By-law gives the municipality an opportunity to review current land use policies within the Wellington
